Tim Jooste

Born in Durban South Africa Tim, moved to America at age 11 with his family to pursue the American Dream! After attending Bible School from age 16-19 Tim graduated with a degree in Theology and moved to NY to work with underprivileged kids.

At 20 Tim moved back to Tampa and after trying a number of different jobs found himself in direct sales for Verizon. Within the first few months he became the Top Producer in the nation and started building his first of many team. After 3 years at Verizon as Top Producer, Tim was recruited to Vivint, “America’s Largest Smart Home Tech Company” and once again he accelerated to the top of his field in both sales and team building. Over Tim’s 17 year career building sales organizations in the tech space he has won numerous awards and holds the standing records for almost every category in his industry!

Outside of his beautiful family, Tims proudest accomplishment to date is building a organization of over 600 honest and hardworking sales people that produced over 3 Billion in total revenue while maintaining the industries highest ever employee retention rate. This was accomplished by following the principles of putting the customer and his people 1st place.

Tim started playing games at a young age and gaming made up a large part of his life through his early 20s. Tim has always had a dream of building great games and is thrilled at the opportunity to combine his passions, his refined talents and extensive experience to build something special.

Tim is now taking everything he learned over the last 17 years building one of the most successful sales organizations in the tech space to his role as Founder & CEO of Koin Games.
